A global services organization was looking for location advisory services for site selection for its global headquarters. After a competitive evaluation of five states, a relocation to the mid-Atlantic region was selected. Over 1,000 jobs were involved with active participation from the state and local EDO.
SOLUTION
GEI team members conducted an extensive analysis of the client’s Strategic, Operational and Financial criteria, and of how the site finalists aligned with the criteria. Workforce retention and growth were key considerations.
